So what is your point? That we shouldn't have any laws because people will break them?

That is one of the arguments she attempt to use, based upon a supreme court ruling she has failed to understand totally. The case said a law that people cannot understand because it is too vague is unconstitutional, she interprets this to mean, if one person in the US cannot understand a law for whatever reason, like being stupid, then it must be unconstitutional.

Which is like saying because freedom of religion exists, the government must give you a church building.

Of course, people will break laws. We can't completely eliminate crime but we can reduce it.

Part of the non circular argument.

You cannot make laws unless they will be 100% effective. Except carry and conceal laws because they are good laws. And laws which get criminals longer time, but not laws that make law abiding people criminals, except if they are actually criminals disguised as law abiding people.

But carry and conceal laws are unconstitutional even though the supreme court says they are not and the NRA says they are not and no one is actually challenging them in any court whatsoever.

And then she will turn around and say that others are not logical and how we cant understand her.
