Quote:
The Supreme Court already said you don't have that right in the Baldwin decision.

And they also said in the Dredd Scott case that blacks aren't entitled to the same freedoms as whites. Should we just ignore the 13th and 14th Amendments as violating a Supreme Court decision!?

Quote:
And I have rights to life and happiness.

You have absolutely no right to happiness. You have a right to try and pursue happiness, but you have absolutely NO rights to actually BE happy.

And if you wanna get into happiness then you're gonna lose. I have a right to pursue happiness, I have a right to live my life, and I have a right to own a gun, and I can achieve all three of these by having a concealed carry permit. So Fuck off!

Quote:
So these rights should be protected from people with guns.

The Constitution is only to protect you from the governments, not from people like me when people like you spaz out and start proving a viable danger to others.

If your displayed actions were percieved as a genuine threat to personal wellbeing and you were killed, your rights wouldn't have been violated, because that's not how it works. So no, more gun control won't protect your rights.

Quote:
If I get shot I won't be very happy and I might even die and that would violate my rights.

The stop pushing for more gun control, start pushing for harsher punishment of criminals, and stop acting like the token Brady Campaign member.

Quote:
So that's why there needs to be more gun control. In other countries people don't get shot as much so their rights are more protected. So we need to have more gun control like they do.

What if somebody stabbed you right through the heart because they were easily more physically fit than you but derranged and thought you were a monster? How would your rights be protected then?
