I wouldn't call it that it isn't safe at all. But what this article says is that people in Britain use common sense. Some if they have the chance get a gun; regardless of the law.

It's why when me and OMDP has an argument about Self Defense, I told him that he would fight if either him or his family were in danger. I know he may say he won't but I know he would. That's common sense and we also see that the people of his country use it as well.

Anti-gunners wait until a law is passed and then tell people that they must follow that law, even though they may have armed bodyguards. I wouldn't be surprised if Rebbecca Peterson of IANSA has armed bodyguards.
